About Us

The original Broadshade property was built in 1902. It was extended in 1965 and 1985 to provide the present 13 holiday apartments. Situated in the quiet residential area of Roundham, Broadshade provides the best of both worlds; the convenience of being close to Paignton and Goodrington beaches, the Town Centre and Bus and Rail Stations, with the peace and quiet of not being in the centre of the hustle and bustle.

The large enclosed rear garden is there for the use of our guests, and a gas barbeque is available. The large car park also takes away the worries of parking in a town that is very popular!

Bed linen and towels are available for a modest charge. We have a lauderette with washing and drying machines, as well as drying facilities in the rear garden. WiFi network is available.
