We have a fully furnished and equipped house for up to 8 people. Flowerpots House is located on the grounds of Broadshade Holiday apartments and just a stones throw from Paignton beach, harbour and town.

 A large spacious four bedroom house with the benefit of 4 separate bedrooms. 

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 kingsize bed and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request). Bedroom 4 has twin beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

The ground floor has a living room with Freeview Smart TV. The kitchen/dining room has an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer.

The house is equipped with Economy 7 central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi is included. 

There is an enclosed back garden with patio, seating area and garden furniture. 

Parking: private parking for cars with additional on-road parking available.

There is free parking in the apartment blocks private car park, however it is first come first served. There is additional free on-road parking directly outside the property.

Guests are asked not to arrive before 3pm and to leave by 9.30am on day of departure.
