Reaching us

By car

At the end of the M5 Southbound, bear left onto the A380, signposted to Torquay, for ten miles. Then keep right to continue on the new South Devon Expressway (A380) for another four and a half miles.

At the Edginswell Junction traffic lights turn right onto Hamelin Way (A380), signposted to Paignton, for three miles.

At the second roundabout (Preston Sands) turn left into Preston Down Road and follow the signs all the way to the seafront for two miles.

Bear right onto Esplanade Road (B3201) and proceed along its entire length with the sea on your left passing the Pier, Vue Cinema and Pirates Bay Adventure Golf on your left for a half mile. At the mini roundabout at the end of the road turn right into Sands Road and then take the second turning on the left into St Andrews Road which is just before a large church.

Broadshade Holiday Apartments & Winter Lets is the fifth property on the left hand side of the road.

If you are using a SatNav then be aware that our postcode covers two roads and that if you are coming via Sands Road you need to take the turning on the left hand side of St Andrews Church and not the right hand side which is Hill Park Terrace.
