Great location great self check in/access system, friendly place, spotlessly clean, plenty of tea/coffee to get you started. Great to have washing facilities, even supplied detergent, irons and hoover available as well. Large selection books and DVD's and board games available on bookcases in the common areas Liked everything about it for the money, a little dated and didn't expect a pull down bed, but it was spectacularly comfortable, value for money would be incredibly hard to beat! If you have mobility issues for ground floor as the stairs are a bit steep, also to be aware it is up hill from the seafront by quite a way but easy walk for most people

David and his wonderful family went beyond and above their job to make a pleasant stay for my family. They stayed up all night to welcome us as we had a couple of unforeseen issues on our way. Nothing for that price.

The location is great. The check in and out process was easy and hassle free. We were able to check in a few hours early as the room was ready. Car parking perfect. The apartment is well enough equipped for 2 people.

Very comfortable. Close to everything. Help only a phone call away. Lots of off-road parking and disabled parking for my blue badge needs. Welcome jar of tea, coffee and milk left for us. Really secure.

Excellent location and reasonably priced. Leena, who runs the property is very pleasant and helpful.  The property's location was excellent and in a quiet area - ideal if you want a relaxing stay. A short walk to the beach and into Paignton where you can catch the steam train to Dartmouth. Torquay is a short drive/bus ride away.

Lovely apartment, five minute walk from the beach, very clean, everything we needed was in the apartment. Loved the key safe outside the door so you didn’t have to take your key out with you.  There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like, would stay here again.
